Letters to Juliet

watched Letters to Juliet this morning. very sweet and romantic. but too unrealistic. the story is quite simple and "shallow", i'd put the blame on the screenwriter (who else). not smart enough. yet, still smooth (overall)and beautiful. 90% of the film was shooted in Italy, and with amanda seyfried! how can it be not beautiful.

the film is about true love (never too late to find true love, to be exact). every female, girl, woman and old lady, seems very happy with it. makes me wonder, since when do i feel so outcasted when watching modern fairy tales. it used to be my comfort zone.
